Right to Information(RTI)

Under the RTI Act, the college ensures transparency by providing access to institutional information, fostering accountability and trust among students and the public.

The Right to Information Act, 2005 ensures timely response to citizens requesting information regarding the functioning of government offices and institutions. This initiative by the Department of Public Grievances and the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions provides an RTI Portal Gateway for easy access to information. Institutions are mandated to provide RTI-related information to applicants.

Objective of the Right to Information Act

The primary objective of the RTI Act is to promote transparency and accountability in the functioning of government bodies. It empowers citizens to seek information regarding administrative activities. Beltola College accepts RTI applications from citizens as per the provisions of the Act.

RTI fees must be paid through PO/DD/MO or other approved methods.
Applicants must provide full name, address, contact details, and signature.
The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
Information must be provided within 30 days as per RTI rules.
